RETURNS

We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us.

Damaged or faulty Goods

If you receive your goods in such a state that they are damaged or not functioning properly, you may contact us within 28 days of receiving your goods to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please quote your order number when contacting us.

Order cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of purchase, or seven working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent to us in writing by email or letter.

You will be liable to return the goods to us and cover the cost of doing so. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special or registered delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within a maximum of ten days.

What are your delivery options?

 

First class post (standard or recorded delivery) - First Class mail aims to deliver your order by the next working day after posting.*

 

Second class post (standard or recorded delivery) - Second Class mail aims to deliver your order by the third working day after posting.*

 

Standard First or Second class delivery is a non-tracked service.

 

Recorded First or Second class delivery requires a signature upon receipt.

 

* Please note that Royal Mail First or Second Class (standard or recorded delivery) are not guaranteed services. Order sent by the above mentioned services cannot be considered lost until after 15 working days of posting. Therefore, we are unable to re-ship lost or delayed orders sent by the aforementioned Royal Mail services, before 15 working days have expired. Please opt for the courier service if you require orders urgently. We are not liable for orders that are returned to us where an incorrect shipping address was provided. In such cases, there will be an additional postage charge for re-delivery.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

The following non-UK delivery options are not available directly on our websites at the moment. We can offer shipping rates on request. Below are the shipping services we offer.

 

Courier Service to Europe – A fully tracked service that aims to deliver within 2-8 working days, depending on destination. Value for money service for parcels weighing up to 30KG.

 

Courier Service To Destinations Outside Europe – 2-5 working days, fully tracked service to destinations across the world using reliable companies such as DHL, TNT and FedEx.

 

Royal Mail Worldwide – Economical, value for money, 5-12 working days Non-tracked Service. This service is for books only, and for parcels weighing less than 11 KG.

 

Shipping, Postage and Packaging

 

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. On rare occasions, items may be out of stock in our academy whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you ASAP to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

1. Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the items ordered.

2. Customers may calculate shipping rates by clicking on 'estimate' in the shopping cart.

3. The maximum shipping charge for UK Orders (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore Destinations) is £5.95
